In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

This completely renovated and stylishly furnished apartment with 130 m² in Thalkirchdorf, Oberstaufen, is the ideal choice for couples, friends and families. Old farmhouse from 1850 newly renovated! If you love nature, wild herbs and animals, this is the place to be. Without a car, you can walk here to the Eistobel or hike to the Kugel with a view of the Swiss mountains. In winter, you can walk to our small Iberglift and the cross-country ski trail. Unfortunately, we have not been in a snow-safe region for a few years. I must point out that a tourist tax of EUR 1 per person per day is due from the age of 16.

Our rustic house consists of two high-quality apartments that can be rented separately but also as an entire house. The apartments are connected by a staircase. The first floor sleeps 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The 2nd floor accommodates 2-4 people with 1 bedroom + 1 sofa bed. Large living rooms with TV, tiled stove and corner bench, modern kitchens and stylish bathrooms invite you. A large garden with sun loungers, seating areas and a grill awaits you.

Im Sommer wandern oder im Bodensee baden gehen und im Winter Skifahren.
