The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Historic loft with its own kayak

Spend the night in an extraordinary industrial landmark in Leipzig: the 97 m² gallery loft extends over two levels and impresses with almost six-metre-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Right on the waterfront, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat mooring. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-seater kayak, which is available for a small extra charge.

A highlight is the very large, partly covered roof terrace overlooking Lake Störmthal with the sauna, second terrace with large open space in front of the living room. Good for quiet vacations, hiking, and all kinds of water sports. Ideal for family vacation. Small private beach.

Tiny house between lakes, forest and meadows

This cozy tiny house is located right on a lake. You will spend your vacation on the idyllic property of a historic water mill in the middle of nature. There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.

Holiday in the Seedatsche "Vierwasser“: the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that the holiday heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop oven, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the pointed floor, well thought-out lighting concept. And there is also a bit of nostalgia: a record player. Relax and unwind at Tiny House.

Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.
