Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Wir haben uns viel Zeit genommen, für ein anspruchsvolles und stilvolles Ergebnis, damit ihr euch wie Zuhause fühlt. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Oberhalb des mittelalterlichen Weinortes gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Erlebe erholsame Tage in einer idyllischen Ferienoase mit Sonnenuntergang.

Apartment with a great view

Our holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of beautiful countryside. On one side is the Main, accessible in a few minutes walking distance. You can get to the vineyards just as quickly, and you have a great view of them from the apartment (2nd floor). In addition, there is a swimming lake, shopping, restaurants, a historic old town and much more in Dettelbach. Würzburg or Volkach (on the Mainschleife) is only about 15 minutes away by car.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

With us you can relax in a lovingly furnished apartment overlooking the garden, enjoy the sun on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping. After a walk through the beautiful nature, a comfortable couch invites you to relax and watch TV and recharge at night in the cozy wide double bed. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can enjoy your coffee and satisfy your hunger. We're excited to welcome you.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Drescher's guest room

Our new building in Sommerach offers self-catering guests a fully equipped kitchen including A table with chairs is available indoors and outdoors on the terrace. The 160 cm wide cozy double bed ensures a pleasant night's rest. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.
