Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock. The Gulfhof offers you three spacious apartments in the middle of our East Frisian nature. We provide you bikes and boats to explore the beautiful surroundings. We would be happy to invite you to visit our nearby dairy farm. Both apartments each have a terrace with barbecue facilities in the spacious garden.
