The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Welcome to our beach house on Lake Goitzschesee. The house has a total of 5 apartments, all of which were newly renovated in 2024 and furnished to a high standard. The displayed apartment has about 80 square meters divided into 2 bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In addition, the balcony offers a relaxing retreat. The garden can be shared and invites you to idyllic barbecue evenings. :-)

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

Holiday in the Seedatsche "Vierwasser“: the beach in front of you, the terrace on the sunny side and everything that the holiday heart desires. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, workshop oven, infrared heating, sleeping mattresses in the pointed floor, well thought-out lighting concept.
