In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Located in an old country house a little off the beaten path, you will find a small kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom, a cozy living room with a dining area and a bedroom with a double bed. Not suitable for children. In front of the apartment is a fenced area where your dog is allowed to walk freely. There is a beach chair and garden furniture available to linger. A beautiful forest right across the street invites you to stroll. It is about 6 km to Aurich, and you can reach the North Sea in about 30 minutes.

The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore).
