Bathroom: Enjoy some downtime in our bathroom, which is equipped with an inviting bathtub and a refreshing shower. Terrace: Our vacation home not only offers cozy interiors, but also a wonderful terrace that invites you to linger in the open air. For convivial evenings with family or friends, there is a barbecue ready for delicious barbecues.

Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. Here you can watch the sheep on the dike from the kitchen table and enjoy the calming course of the Jümme from the bed. On cold days, a small fireplace warms you, in addition to the underfloor heating. Two large patio doors open the space and the view into the vast expanse of Hammrich. Due to the orientation of the house, you are completely on your own despite the proximity to the main building.

The Timmeler Meer with its beautiful harbor and beach area as well as the flower town of Wiesmoor and the Ottermeer with beach are accessible by bicycle.

From the living room you have an unobstructed view of the approximately 1500 m² garden with terrace.
