The house is a wonderfully harmonious mix of historical nostalgia and modernity. Part of the house is from about 1850, so it does not have the full ceiling height, but it is renovated. The other part of the house is from 2001. The house is located in the heart of Stadtlauringen. Central yet quiet. In the surrounding area, Lake Ellertshäuser or Lake Sulzfelder offer great excursion destinations in summer. Museums, wildlife park, hiking and biking tours offer many experiences.

Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Lakeside house

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

Welcome to the lake house! Our small hideaway is a renovated duplex architect's house from 1964 with an open gallery, freestanding bathtub, Swedish stove, large wooden terrace and wonderfully green garden. It is equipped with furniture made of natural materials, selected vintage pieces and ceramics. Our focus is on slow living and eco travel. The lake house is an owner-managed accommodation with a lot of love for detail.

A combined sleeping and living area features a spacious bed with light bedding, flanked by windows allowing natural light to fill the room. Wooden beams and a warm color palette enhance the rustic charm. A small seating area and dresser are also visible.

We are delighted to welcome our holiday guests to Brandmühle! Our newly completed holiday apartment is located in the heart of an old mill estate, surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of the Lauer Valley. With great attention to detail and guided by the motto 'Old meets New', we transformed an old stable into a cosy holiday retreat.
