Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Willkommen in unserer geliebten Ferienwohnung am schönen Hainrich in Groß-Umstadt! Unsere geräumige Ferienwohnung bietet Ihnen den perfekten Rückzugsort, um Ihre Zeit am Hainrich voll und ganz zu genießen. Dieses Haus hat eine Geschichte, die uns am Herzen liegt. Mit Liebe zum Detail haben wir es im Retrochic gestaltet. Nun starten wir damit, das Haus erstmals für Gäste zu öffnen und begrüssen Ihre Anregung . Cozy duplex apartment

Das ca. 36 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer besonderen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich der Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum mit einem Doppelbett (180x200m). Im Erdgeschoss liegt ein Wohn-, Schlaf- und Essbereich mit der Kochnische, Waschmaschine und einem kleinem Duschbad. Der dritte Schlafplatz ist somit nicht in einem getrennten Zimmer, sondern befindet sich im Wohnbereich.

Privates, helles Souterrain

In dieses gemütliche Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Schlafcouch kommt man über eine eigene kleine Terrasse. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, 5 min vom Bahnhof, 10 min vom Marktplatz und 2 min von Feld und Wiesen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 30 qm groß und hat eine eigene, voll ausgestattete Küche über die man in das eigene Bad kommt. Bei Bedarf kann man gegen einen Aufpreis noch 2 weitere Zimmer mit jeweils 2 Doppelbetten dazu buchen. Auf Anfrage Fahrradverleih.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima", a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many many many books.
