Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und bietet eine geräumige Unterkunft. Ein PKW- Stellplatz steht für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung. Auf der möbl. Außenterrasse kann man den Morgen oder den Abend genießen. Die historische Altstadt mit ihren wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist nur ca. 1,5 km von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Sensational location: Right next to the city ponds. Central but quiet on a former bastion of the Swedish era. Old town view. Apartment on the second floor of the newly built remise. Large, fenced park property together with the owner's house. Approximately 50 square meter apartment with living-kitchen area, bedroom, shower room and storage room. Open, white glazed roof truss and oak parquet. Water view from every room! Private parking space. Large terrace area for sunbathing or dining.

Looking for a low-budget neighborhood, but need your privacy, enough space and feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. "Garden & Sea" has 65 m2 and a separate entrance through its own garden. A car parking space is available in front of the house. It is very quiet, only neighboring traffic (branch road). It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.
