Botgat Bungalow 3 Sand, 300m from the North Sea

My cozily furnished Botgat 4-person bungalow (64 m²) is located on a spacious yard behind the stolp farmhouse called Botgat. The terrace is to the south so until sunset you can enjoy the sun. Changeover days are on Mondays and Fridays, with the exception of holidays. During the SUMMER VACATION, WEEKLY RENTALS only, from Friday to Friday. The tourist tax is calculated separately at €2.33 per person per night. Bed linens are €12.50 per bed, and towels are €7.50 (optional). Dogs are welcome in a basket for €10 per night.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. It is located in Groote Keeten, a quiet village, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with sun loungers and umbrellas. Bikes can also be parked here.

In the park, there is a playground, fish pond and soccer field. The cozy seaside resort of Callantsoog is 3 km away. Free parking at the cottage or in the parking lots.

In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer.
