Located only a 10 minute cycle ride from Paterswoldsemeer, 5mins from nature reserve 'De Onlanden' and close to Lemferdinge and De Braak, there is enough to enjoy in the nearby area. Fancy a day in Groningen city? Jump on the bike or take the direct bus from the busstop located 5 mins walk from the guesthouse.

Voor rustzoekers, levensgenieters, natuurliefhebbers en sportievelingen. Dit vakantiehuis op 2 km afstand van Groningen biedt je alle ruimte en comfort. Volledige privacy met een eigen tuin van ruim 2.000 m2 en toegang tot het wilde landgoedje van 20.000m2. Op het terrein woont de beheerder. Het vakantiehuis is zo gesitueerd dat u, ondanks zijn aanwezigheid op afstand, helemaal vrij zit. In de omgeving kun je prachtig fietsen, wandelen, vogels spotten en kanoën, in Roden is een 9-holes golfbaan.

De Hofstee

Geniet van groen, rust en natuurgeluiden in deze in scandinavische stijl verbouwde koeienstal met uitzocht over ons voedselbos. De Hofstee is minimalistisch ingericht, bewust zonder tv of radio. Je leeft hier met het ritme van de dag: vogels, wind, zon en stilte. Vanuit de ruimte kijk je uit over het groen en ’s avonds zit je bij een vuurtje onder de sterren. Struin door het weiland en spot dieren. Hier kom je om te vertragen, tot rust te komen, in een eenvoudig verblijf.

Enjoy a wonderful stay in this comfortable home for up to 6 guests. The house features underfloor heating, a modern open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extra toilet. Baby cots are also available. Relax in the spacious garden with lounge area and dining table, or walk straight to the jetty with boat access (depending on the season). Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends at the beautiful Lake Zuidlaardermeer!

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. The city center of Groningen is 15 minutes by bike, and in 2 minutes by bike you are in the middle of the nature reserve De Onlanden, the city park or the Hoornse Meer. Deep in the back of our garden, we have converted an old garden house into a guest house. The garden house is fully self-sufficient. Ideal for exploring the city and surrounding area.

Hide away in the bay

Dit heerlijke huisje staat aan de rand van het meer, met een prachtig uitzicht. Een heerlijk terras met openslaande deuren direct vanuit de woonkamer leidt naar een eigen tuin en kade. Moderne voorzieningen, incl wasmachine en droger. Een eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats, uniek aan het meer. Op loopafstand van het Hoornse meer. Optionele verhuur van valk zeilboot met motor of sloepje mogelijk.

Spend the night in a salon car between the horses.

This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

Cottage Jasmine has an extensive kitchen with a large stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bedroom with a double bed and a cozy living room with television and cozy pellet stove. Everything is on the same floor in the cottage. In front of the cottage, you have a cozy terrace with a south-facing garden.

Enjoy the Paterswoldsemeer incl. Jacuzzi

A lovely cottage located directly on the Paterswoldsemeer and yet close to the city. In front of the house you can swim and there is a small staircase to easily get out of the water or relax in the Jacuzzi on the veranda. In the evening, sit by the wood stove on the veranda. The ideal place to relax and unwind, enjoying the water and nature!
