Experience your stay in a typical Dutch home! This cozy house is built like a tower: all the way up, on the 2nd floor you will find the bedroom and a shower and sink. On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen with a table where you can eat or work. Despite the small space, everything is provided to make a bite to eat, so you don't necessarily have to go out to eat. On the ground floor, there is the toilet and the hall/entrance. The stairs are steep, so keep that in mind!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

The studio "De Roos" is fully and tastefully decorated and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests (city centre: 20 minutes by bike). Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep and a sweet dog (stable).

The wellness boat has a big luxurious bath an infrared sauna for two persons and a duo infrared rainshower (infrared). The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels.

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The accommodation, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and is completely furnished for a comfortable stay. During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.

The house is well insulated so that city sounds from the busier front street do not enter. It is enjoyable in Groningen on the terraces, shopping in unique shops in, for example, the Folkingestraat and of course the nightlife. Coffee and tea and a nice espresso machine are available.
