New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Our cozy centrally located studio of 25 m2 with air conditioning is cozy and functionally furnished. The location is very quiet. Within walking distance to the Noorderplantsoen, the Fish Market and the Grote Markt at 1 km and the City Park at 1,5 km. You can use the terrace. The studio has its own entrance, self check-in by means of key safe. 2-person bed (Auping) of 1.80 x 2.00 mtr. Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, water cooker and Nespresso machine.
