The completely renovated, 80 square meter and 100 year old former tenant house is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. Modern guest house including sauna. Beautifully situated in the outskirts of Enschede. In the middle of nature and yet also close to the built-up area. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity.
