Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

The adjoining Gîte "Le cyprès" is located on the pretty tree-lined square of "La Mouline" open to traffic. It is a renovated old Perigord house, ideal for visiting. It is next to the lake (with walking access by pedestrian path, swimming, fishing) and the tennis court.
