In good weather, you can enjoy everything that grows and flowers in the garden or the surrounding area. In a colder season, there is an atmospheric wood-burning stove including a lazy rocking chair to seek peace and quiet. It has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people (including air conditioning, dishwasher).

Vanuit dit vrijstaande huis kun je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en/of mountainbiken. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van ruim 500 m2 heeft twee eigen parkeerplaatsen, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Gelegen in de Groesbeekse bossen nabij de Mookerhei vind je chalet Elja, een oase van rust. Met vele natuurlijke en interessante activiteiten in de omgeving is er altijd iets te doen – maar niets hoeft, want gewoon relaxen in ‘je eigen bostuin’ kan ook. Lekker wandelen of mountainbiken in de bosrijke omgeving, een dagje op het water in recreatiepark Mookerplas of een bezoek aan Nijmegen, de oudste stad van Nederland. Dit zijn een paar opties maar er zijn nog veel meer mogelijkheden.

The chalet is of wood and inside loam (leem), all environmentally friendly. There is a livingroom of 40 m2 in L-form, with a conservatory (serre) on the frontside. It's very light, with big high windows, with views in the forest. There's a tree in the livingroom, to fit even more in the forest. Upstairs there's one big sleepingroom of 35 m2 with one doublebed and one sofa on the other side of the room. There's a terrace there where you can sleep and sit outside on the roof.

Onze bosvilla van 100 m² is een rustige plek midden in de natuur. Dankzij de grote ramen voelt het alsof je in het bos leeft. De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele zithoek en een warme houtkachel. De ruime keuken is volledig uitgerust. Buiten vind je een ligbad onder de sterren en een ruim terras om te ontbijten of de dag af te sluiten. Ideaal voor koppels of gezinnen die comfort en natuur willen combineren. Dicht bij diverse mountainbike routes ideaal voor sportief gebruik.

Welkom in ons sfeervolle gastenverblijf in Malden, gelegen in de nabijheid van diverse bos- en natuurgebieden zoals de Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen en het Reichswald. Centrum Nijmegen is ongveer 15 minuten rijden. Een bushalte met directe busverbinding naar Station Nijmegen en Radboudumc ligt op 75 meter van onze woning. Diverse voorzieningen, zoals supermarkt en horeca, zijn op loopafstand. Thermen Berendonck bevindt zich op 14 minuten rijden.

Directly from the front door, you can step onto the famous hiking and mountain bike routes that make this region famous.
