We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Die FeWo mit 40m2 befindet sich in einer ruhigen , idyllischen Lage auf unseren Dreiseitenhof . Aus der Wohnung tretend befinden sie sich gleich auf der zu ihrer Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse. Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m , als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Sie wandern in 15min.durch die Weinberge und erreichen das Seußlitzer Schloß ,der Elbradweg ist von uns aus nur 400m entfernt , im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen perfekt. Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder sind kostenfrei .

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
