A beautiful, warm and new family cottage of 84 m2 suitable for families with children with lots of activities for children, including trampoline, playhouse, swings and toys. The house is located on a double plot with a large garden, so there is plenty of room to play and plenty of privacy. The house is located on a cozy and quiet street in the second row to the water, within walking distance to the forest and beach, and close to both Gilleleje and Hornbæk. The house has a large south-facing terrace, but also good indoor conditions for a rainy day.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Flexible sleeping (10 beds in main house, 4 beds in guest annexe) The house borders on to the beautiful state forest, lovely for walking.

Here you can wake up to the gentle sound of the waves, almost calling your name, if you feel for a morning swim. On warm days, you can enjoy meals on the terrace most suitable to enjoy both the morning sun and also a beautiful view to the sunset. The high roof inside creates a good and spacious feeling making it easy for family and friends to enjoy life together during all times of the year.

The house is located almost directly to the water, on a dead end road without steep slopes. Better location is hard to find. The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also houses a brewer's and a spacious courtyard, where you can sit in shelter during the windy days. It's a place to enjoy life and completely relax.

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Træd ind i vores idylliske sommerhus i træ tæt på Gilleleje – et charmerende, arkitekttegnet træhus, som har været i familien siden 1970’erne. Vores skønne hus, der er ideelt til familier og par, ligger lige ved en dejlig sandstrand med direkte adgang til havet. Indretningen er en kombination af gamle møbler som møder nye tider. Huset har fire soveværelser, en pejs til kolde aftener, og et praktisk køkken og badeværelse i 70’er-stil, som giver huset sin unikke charme.

Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there are views of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there can be someone. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.

It is a perfect base for exploring North Zealand and Copenhagen is only a 60-minute cardrive away. This house is perfect for a laid back vacation or just for an extended weekend. All year round.
