Charming, classic cottage with lovely pool, large wooden terrace, outdoor shower, sea trampoline and only 50 meters to private beach access. Located on a quiet road with sun from morning to evening, close to local fishmonger and bakery and a short distance to Tisvilde town itself. The house consists of a large living room, television room and three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two bunk beds of 190 cm and a normal single bed. The house is shaped like a horseshoe and provides plenty of space for all needs.

Til sommerhuset er der en fantastik lækker og stor swimmingpool på hele 4x8meter og med pooltag. Pooleområdet byder også på en stor sauna og udendørsbruser. Huset er perfekt til familien som ønsker en ferie med ro og fred, og samtidig en masse luksus faciliteter som gør at hele familien nyde sin ferie.

Large, well equipped summer house in quiet area close to the beach. The house was renovated in 2019 to cater for friends & families. No parties or groups of youngsters accepted out of respect for my neighbours. The main house is 155 m2, five double bedrooms (one f kids), two bathrooms, large open kitchen and very large livingroom with open fireplace. There is a large, secluded wooden terrace with a heated pool (only 15 May - 1 Sept) and a 14m2 annex with sleeping space for 3.

De 4 sovepladser på hemsen er beregnet til børn og unge. 5.000 kr. i depositum ved ankomst, af de penge er de 2.000 kroner til rengøring. Pengene skal være i kontant.
