Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. The apartment is located in the attic with elevator access. Parking is available at your doorstep. Hosts live in the house and are happy to help.

Ideal for a maximum of 1-2 people. Our house is located about 2 km outside the city center. Close to highway, public transportation and shopping. From our place, you can explore the surroundings on foot or by bike. Close to industry, Rolex, Omega, Tissot Arena stadiums, Swiss Tennis, etc. all within walking or public transport distance. Garden seating in front of and behind the house for use. Free parking.

The apartment is ideal for walkers who make the trek of the Chemin des Crêtes. The place is very quiet and relaxing because the house is at the end of the street. It has a lovely view of the fields and nature. A spot with private barbecue is available in the warm season. The village is 10km from Biel and Granges, it is served a few times a day by a bus. Unfortunately, there is no business in the village.

The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony).
