Dining, shopping, breweries, vineyards and hiking are just minutes away. Modern decor, fast WIFI, a private hot tub and beautiful Lake Osceola make Lake Escape a perfect getaway.

This two story home is located at the end of a very quiet cove with plenty of water. The beach has a fresh 6 inches of sand installed for the lake season. The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors. The main floor has a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating and satellite TV service provided. The entire main floor has hard woods along with the Master Bed Room and bed room #2.

This new 4BR 3.5BA waterfront home has unobstructed big lake views from nearly every room. It comfortably sleeps 12 & has new furnishings throughout. There are many spaces to hang out & relax including; a sunroom, two family rooms, two open air porches and a fire pit. Lake activities include a dock with boat slip & jet ski lifts, shallow water for wading and playing, deep water for fishing and swimming. Take out the kayaks to paddle around or put out the floating mat for extra fun.

Our Lakehouse sits on the beautiful & massive 690 miles of shoreline on Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC off Exit 11 on I85 & 5 minutes from Portman Marina & 20 minute drive to CU. This two story house sits in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Lake access is just steps from the back door to get to the dock with a smooth concrete path that has a nice gentle slope to it. The private dock is perfect for those that would like to bring their own boat. .

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our three bedroom house is located on lake Hartwell and just a 10 minute drive to Clemson University or 25 minutes by boat. During your stay you can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have two kayaks and four paddle boards available for your use. Off the back of the detached garage there is a furnished screened in deck with grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below. We have coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request.
