Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

You’ll love it because it has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay and to RELAX! The house is great for couples and families (with kids). This cottage has access to Silver lake (approx. 200 yards, house not directly on the lake), a beach a dock, 2 kayaks, paddle board, and a golf cart to get to the lake.
