The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is centrally located on the short route between Dessau Central Station and the Bauhaus and opposite Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The paths to the city center and many attractions are short and within walking distance. There are numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. In the house, there are four apartments and two medical practices, behind which there is a parking lot that is locked at night.

The beautiful city of Leipzig (main train station) can welcome you by car via the A14 in 20 minutes. The Leipziger Zoo and the Redbull Arena as well as the "Völki" are about 10 minutes from the main train station. Our apartment is equipped for short and long-term bookings. 2 km away is the lake landscape for relaxing.
