Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The newly renovated house is located in Gräfenberg, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, about 25 km from the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Perfect to reach by car or train. The house offers 4 bedrooms (three upstairs, one in the basement), a large living room with dining area, bathroom, kitchen and a conservatory and terrace with fantastic views! Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable shed. Bed linen, towels and shower towels are provided, hairdryer is available.

Bookable from four people (four double rooms as single rooms on request). A spacious lounge with open kitchen, large dining table and living area provide a feel-good atmosphere. Two daylight bathrooms and two separate toilets offer plenty of comfort. The communal garden can be reached via the hallway.

The self-contained apartment is located on the 3rd floor within our apartment building. It is totally renovated and 53m². Next to the bed in the bedroom is a sofa in the living room. It is a good starting point for extensive hikes, climbing tours and excursions. Some of them start right outside the front door. CAR parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. For bicycles, there are storage facilities in the entrance of the house (indoors).

FeWo Buchwald - retreat in Franconia

Our quiet and cosy apartment offers space for 5 people on 90 m² and is located directly on the edge of the Buchwald forest. It has two bedrooms, a living area, kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and invite you to relax due to the discreet wood look. For the fifth person, we offer a comfortable sofa bed.\nOn the covered terrace with forest view, you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
