Lake Chiemsee can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the mountains are 15 minutes away. Great bike rides can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walkways right from the front door. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.
