The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Das Gästehaus ist zentral gelegen und somit sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bushaltestellen und der schöne Ostseestrand leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen großen Garten der zum Entspannen einlädt.

We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.
