Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. Directly behind the house, the Oldendorfer Tannen (a small piece of forest) begins and directly afterwards the Warnow. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Car parking space and barbecue facilities (tent) are provided.

Dies ist mit 12 m² nicht sonderlich riesig, dafür strahlt es absolute Gemütlichkeit und hohen Komfort aus! Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum mit Bad und einer gemeinschaftlich genutzten Küche außerhalb der FeWo. Wobei jede FeWo einen eigenen Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat. 3Wohnungen teilen sich Spüle und Herd. Die Unterkunft ist ebenerdig und durch die zentrale Lage sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Bahnhaltestellen und der schöne Ostseestrand leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ein großer Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Die Wohnung ist geeignet für max. 3 Erwachsene und insg. nicht mehr als 2 Kinder (Couch 1,26 m x 2,00 m). Es gibt einen Kinderhochstuhl, Sandkasten, Spielzeug, Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the basement of our house. We bought the house in mid 2018 and renovated it according to our performances. The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.
