A Petit Bourg Montebello, ce magnifique appartement en rez-de-chaussée de notre maison donne directement sur notre jardin, face à l'arbre du voyageur et sa piscine. Ses 55 m² sont agencés et meublés avec soin. Il a été intégralement rénové en 09/2023. Les petits plus : L'appart' tout neuf, la déco des plus beaux sites de Guadeloupe, les hérons bleu au pas de la porte au réveil. Du neuf, du design, le bruit de la rivière, manguier et avocatier en saison, à "1h de tout". Bienvenue au "Montebello"

Durée minimale de séjour : 3 nuitées Appartement T1 de 33 m² avec terrasse couverte donnant sur un jardin verdoyant. 1 lit queen size. Emplacement idéal (au centre de l'île) pour découvrir la Guadeloupe. Proche commerces et centres commerciaux. A 10 mn de l'aéroport, du port de croisières de Pointe-à-Pitre et de la ZI de Jarry. A 15 mn des premières plages.. Le logement dispose d'une citerne d'eau permettant de tenir 24 h en cas de coupures d'eau dues aux travaux de réfection du réseau.

Large ventilated studio with beach access

Studio with private access, just above a wild beach of volcanic black sand, deserted and lined with coconut trees. Very ventilated thanks to the 4 windows, including a sea view. The neighborhood is authentic and very close to downtown Capesterre which is accessed by road or beach. Shops within walking distance and many natural wonders within walking distance. Jacuzzi reserved for travellers, facing coconut trees and stars (since June, accessible continuously)
