Le site est également muni de citernes vous permettant de ne pas manquer d’eau. La ZAC à proximité vous donnera accès à toutes commodités. La situation géographique permet de profiter d’une vue montagne, d’accéder aux nombreuses cascades, randonnés, plages, spots de plongée, brasserie local, marché…

Nous proposons à la location un charmant studio climatisé de 17m2, ce bien se situe au Rez de jardin de notre résidence principale face à la piscine. Le studio se trouve dans un environnement paisible à la campagne. Notre jardin vous offrira une vue sur la soufrière et des champs de banane. Il est possible après une journée de randonnée de profiter de la piscine afin de se détendre. A 2 pas, vous pourrez découvrir les chutes Moreau, ou la cascade de Bras du fort.

Ideally located in the municipality of Vieux Habitants between Bouillante and Basse Terre, my accommodation is close to La Grivelière, Grande Rivière, La Soufrière, and the Cousteau reserve. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to hiking, swimming in the river or Caribbean Sea. Every evening the sunset will be yours (180° sea view). Both typical and functional, my place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Nestled between the sea on one side, La Soufrière on the other and lush tropical vegetation overlooking the river, this studio is located in Goyave, a pretty little residential village, overlooking the bay of Petit Cul de Sac Marin. The forest is very present and many hiking trails lead to absolutely magnificent natural sites. Although the shopping mall is only a five-minute drive away, the area is peaceful and secluded.
