Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

This newly renovated 4 bedroom house is found in the sought after village of Nikolausberg close to Göttingen. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

The large beautiful living-dining area is accessible from the terrace.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. Or maybe historic? Our farm is located in a well-kept approx. 300-person village. The nearest train station is a five-minute drive away with direct connections to Hannover Messe train station (trains every hour). Popular inns with special and hearty cuisine within 2 km

Vacation home in Seeburg - short break -

Our cozy wooden log cabin was built in 2020, is fully furnished and can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the edge of the conservation area and the lake shore. Lake Seeburg with leisure activities and gastronomy is a 10-minute walk away.
