Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft, you can also access the roof terrace, which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom area. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the stove. The bathroom has a sunken bathtub in limestone. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. It is a 6-minute walk to the harbor and 9 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the shopping street. Welcome to Glädjens Hus, which has been in the Lindahl family's estate since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had this fantastic house built. Today, there is a balcony that guests share and with views of the inner city and inner harbor. The apartment has 3 rooms and kitchen, of which 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Fully equipped laundry room with entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.
