Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and large terrace facing south. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken sandy beach. In Östergarnslandet there are farm shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The space The cottage is 56m2 with kitchen and open plan living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seats. There is one double bedroom, sleeping loft with two single beds and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped the bathroom has a shower.

Excellent bike/hiking trails in nice nature and cultural landscapes with medieval buildings. 50 km to Visby. 13 km to Fårösund. 5 km to bus stop. Car charger is available. Kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The garden has several patios. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

Vitvikens havsbad ligger 1 km bort, där finns det restauranger, kaffe, paddel minigolf. Stranden är även hundvänlig. Inom 30 km finns det MTB spår, samt fina vandringsleder. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
