Bring the whole family to this spacious newly built apartment 12 km north of Visby with its own electric car charger at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. 3 rooms on 1 floor with a total of 65m2 and 6 beds (180cm double bed, 160cm sofa bed, 90cm bunk bed) Approximately 1 km to the bus that will take you to Visby Bed linens are not included but are brought by the guest. Cleaning is not included, but cleaning is done by the guest before checkout. Cleaning is available, SEK 2000. Wi-Fi, TV, full-size kitchen with dishwasher, roller blinds, patio, barbecue.

Close to the sea, nature, Fårö, Bungenäs and with walking distance to amenities such as grocery store, restaurants and beach. The house is 107 sqm with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony. In the garden there is a patio, a big cozy summer room and several fruit trees. Space for several cars and charging for electric car. Tv and internet (100 mbit). In the basement there is a laundry room.

At fantastic Fridhem, about 5 km south of Visby, is this fresh accommodation with both private parking and a secluded location on a scenic plot. The beach at Fridhem is only a 5-minute walk away and barely two kilometers north you will find the children's favorite, Kneippbyn. Peaceful home completed in 2023. Fully-equipped with everything a family with children or a group of friends need. Entire 117 sqm and associated land of over 2000 sqm. Three bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a toilet and a laundry room. EV charging is installed and can be provided for a fee. Patio with barbecue is available. Total sleeps 8 in the villa. Beach only a stone's throw away (about 70 meters) and also the well-known lake tavern in Valleviken.

Huset på 40 kvm är fullt utrustat för självhushåll, har året runt standard med värmeslingor i betonggolvet. Trevlig uteplats med matgrupp, grill, solstolar och solsängar. 5 km till flygplats och golfbana, 3 km till Själsö bageri, 300 m till Krusmyntagården m restaurang och butik, 200 m till sandstrand och allmän badplats. Två äldre cyklar finns att låna gratis om ni behöver. Det tar ca 45 minuter att promenera till Visby centrum eller färjeterminalen. Cykel 15 min. Bil 5 min. Snabbt wifi (fiber).
