Aan de voorkant is een klein balkon met ochtendzon en de achterkant heeft een terras op het zuidwesten van 18 m2. Het appartement is in augustus 2018 compleet gerenoveerd. In de prijs zijn kosten voor beddengoed, handdoeken en schoonmaken inbegrepen.
