The apartment is on the second floor and is very sunny because of the many windows. The canal house is right next to the city centre. Restaurants, shops, theater, cinema, bars are all within a 5-minute walk. In front is a small balcony with morning sun and the back has a southwest terrace of 18 m2. The apartment is completely renovated in August 2018. The price includes linens, towels, and cleaning.
