It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Lean back and relax in the calm, and centrally located accommodation, located just three kilometers from Aschaffenburg. Everyday essential stores such as supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher's, a pharmacy and a chemist's are all located in the neighborhood. A bus stop is approx. 3 minutes away and you can enjoy nature in the nearby forest just a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation is perfectly connected to the A3 (3 minutes).

Peace in the middle of the city

You will stay in our city apartment. Renovated by my wife. In particular, the kitchen and bathroom are the result of her creativity and craftsmanship. It accommodates two people sleeping together in one bed. The apartment consists of a spacious room with kitchenette, dining table, seating and sofa bed. The sofa can be converted into a sleeping area in a few simple steps.
