All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Everyday essential stores such as supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher's, a pharmacy and a chemist's are all located in the neighborhood. A bus stop is approx. 3 minutes away and you can enjoy nature in the nearby forest just a few minutes' walk away. The accommodation is perfectly connected to the A3 (3 minutes).

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household.
