The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely furnished in the 50s style, the construction period of the house. My place is close to hiking trails in the forest and nature, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in Mörsdorf, which opened in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell and the castle town of Kastellaun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

The vacation rental is located in the village of Hasselbach in the Hunsrück, between the Moselle and the Rhine.
