Spacious brand-new riverside apartment + balcony

The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

On the ground floor there is the parking space, entrance and my office. On floor 01 a spacious living/dining room and kitchen including terrace. On floor 02 one bedroom for 2 persons with bathtub and panoramic view, toilet and private room with shower. It's a 5 minutes walk to the center/directly to the lake.

The apartment was completely newly renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The Traunsee and Traunstein can be seen wonderfully on the large balcony. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the public bathing area and the nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk Free parking available . The boat dock is also reachable in 3 minutes. Restaurant and fish grill are also very close by. The apartment is very spacious, bright and friendly.
