Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Sie haben einen separaten Eingang, bei Bedarf mit selbstständigem Check in mit Schlüsselsafe. Wenn es uns möglich ist, begrüßen wir sie gerne persönlich und erklären den Whirlpool (30,-/Aufenthalt / Woche).

Small space but with everything you need: three beds are located on two small galleries that can be reached with ladders. Downstairs there is a sofa bed and the living/dining area. Through a large window, you have a wonderful view of our orchard. We are private hosts and don't do hosting commercially. As it is part of our everyday family life, it can happen that not everything runs smoothly. Feel free to contact us and we will find a solution :-).
