Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Lovely newly renovated apartment close to nice condition and swimming opportunities. Located in quiet surroundings with lovely outdoor amenities. Close to all the sights of Djursland, Randers and Aarhus, good fishing opportunities in the coastal areas as well as long bike paths along the sea. In the forests around the apartment there are plenty of opportunities to experience the animals as well as the lovely nature the area offers. Good shopping possibilities within 5 to 10 minutes drive depending on which grocery store is chosen.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Furthermore, ReePark, Scandinavian Zoo, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking space in front of the house. 900 meters to charger stands and light rail.

This 80m2 lovely apartment, is located in an oasis, in the middle of farmland, with rich bird and wildlife. When the sun goes down, there's ample opportunity to study the night sky. In addition, close to Djursland's many attractions, as well as Mols Bjerge, and the many hiking routes. 3 km to basic shopping and 8 km to larger selection. Feel free to use a charger for an electric car, at a daily rate.
