A very atmospheric, cozy and at the same time spacious year-round house with a fireplace, located in a great place, right on the beach on Lake Sniardwy. House with an area of about 150 m2. Upstairs there are four sleeping areas and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with dining room, utility room, living room and another bathroom with shower. The place with a unique character, created by our beloved Dutch friend to make it comfortable. It's been freshly renovated. You can rest there and spend wonderful time by the fire place. You can enjoy fiberoptic WiFi, TV, Jukebox, table football, playing cards. See nice view from the terrace -corn plantation and trees surrounding the lake nearby. Our big garden is all yours. There is children playground, we have big BBQ. Beach is 3 min. walk. The wood is free, but we charge for electricty usage.
