The house is located on the lake Tajty (on the trail of Great Masurian Lakes) in Wilkasach-Zalesie, 4 kilometers from Giżycko, which is called the sailing capital of Masuria. The house is located in the forest, 50 meters from the municipal beach and harbour. We offer a nice, quiet and pleasant way to spend your free time in a comfortable and fully equipped residence of 600 m² (residential about 100 m²) with a large garden, year-round Jacuzzi, sun terrace, garden furniture and hammock, barbecue and parking.

Dzika Szyszka is a year-round cozy yurt hidden among the Masurian meadows, off the beaten track. The interior, in addition to the amenities that guarantee a comfortable escape from the hustle and bustle, hides eclectic details chosen with passion. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

My small wooden house (30 m²), surrounded by greenery, is particularly suitable for families with children (from 5 years of age - because of the somewhat steep stairs to the upper floor.) It is fully equipped with a 55-inch TV, refrigerator, 2 hot plates, microwave with grill function, and plenty of dishes. For the use of bicycles, sauna and hot tub, I am happy to receive a small entertainment donation. I live in the house next door and am here to help you. I speak Polish and German.

A getaway behind a small village, a rest in the midst of the Masurian lakes in our exceptional house: on a small hill with a view of Lake Soltmany with its five islands, about 100 meters away. Rest and relaxation in the midst of the Masurian Lakes – in our house you can enjoy this in a very special way. Located on a small hill above the dreamy Lake Soltmany, it has a terrace, balcony, bay window for sitting and in bad weather a Siberian cast iron stove in the living room.

The MAZURY RESIDENCE estate is located on the shores of Lake Niegocin. The surroundings of the property from the north is undeveloped land, from the south is Lake Niegocin. There is no need to convince anyone about the fishing qualities of Masuria. Both amateurs and seasoned anglers will find their place on Niegocin. The possibility of fishing from the shore and from a boat, and in winter under the ice will satisfy every lover of this sport.
