Nous vous accueillons dans un charmant T1 bis de 36 m² refait à neuf. Ce logement, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, est composé d'une chambre en mezzanine, d'un salon avec canapé lit, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une salle de bains et d'un WC indépendant. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis, le ménage est effectué par nos soins après chaque sortie. Le logement est classé meublé de tourisme 2 étoiles. Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

We offer a Burgundian immersion in a former "Folie" then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. In the heart of the Chalonnaise coast, close to a 14th century ducal palace, the Germolles Fruitier awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, garage bikes and motorcycles, you will also have access to the swimming pool and games room ( Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).
