The apartment is part of our single-family home, has a separate entrance and a private parking space right by the house. We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

We offer 2 small attic rooms with a small kitchen and private bathroom in a detached house in the upper city of Mainz for rent. One room is equipped with a bed (1 x 2 m), chest of drawers, armchair and small table, the other has a chaise longue, chest of drawers and built-in closet. TV and Internet radio are provided. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3 party house with separate access. The apartment is completely newly furnished and renovated. A large kitchen and bathroom provide a feel-good atmosphere. The tram stops 50m in front of the house. The city center and train station can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport, Bodenheim is where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life while still being just a few miles from the state capital Mainz. You have a king-size box spring bed with 180x200cm, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another two guests on a lying surface of 140x200cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
