It has a private entrance and is located in a quiet private courtyard with fenced garden. The dependence is equipped with how comfortable a holiday stay for up to 4 people can be. The property is located in the center of Follonica 600 meters from the sea and 200 from the train station, close to all amenities.

Rediscover the pleasure of time accompanied by the noise of the waves. The house is located on the first (and last) floor of an enchanting building overlooking Cannelle beach, just 10 meters from the entrance of the apartment! The building is inside the area where the well-known "Cannelle Club" is located. Our guests will therefore have the opportunity to use, exclusively as customers, the bar and restaurant service of the Cannelle Clubs.

Domus Bolsena - House with garden and lake view

House with garden and private garage recently built, finished with care and elegance. Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. Cross the garden to get to the first level: there are a lounge with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

Casa Saraceno

View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.

Una casa magnifica a 30 mt dalla bellissima spiaggia delle Cannelle. Per una vacanza di coppia o in famiglia, ho piacere di ospitarvi a Giglio Gold. Diverse cose rendono questo luogo una vera perla dell'isola: la vicinanza con la spiaggia, il posto auto privato, la veranda con tavolo per mangiare all'esterno. Io sono Michelangelo e condivido con voi l'amore per questa splendida Isola.

Comfortable detached house close to the beach

Comfortable detached house on two floors close to the sea with a double bedroom and one with two single beds which, if required, can become a double. There is also a wide veranda overlooking the large garden. Private parking space. Behind the house, there are an outdoor shower, really useful when you come back from the sea, a sink and a swing to keep the children entertained.
