The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

In der ersten Etage bietet er eine luxuriöse kleine Stadtwohnung (ca. 80 m2), die mit originalen Rundbögen und viel Licht - 6 große Fenster- überrascht. Paare werden sich hier wohlfühlen. Sie können einen kulturellen, sportlichen oder/und romantischen Urlaub verbringen. Aber auch geschäftlich Reisende finden hier die Möglichkeit in Ruhe online zu arbeiten und am Abend in einem großzügigen Ambiente zu entspannen.

The basement apartment is located directly on the vineyards and is characterized by its particularly quiet location. Through a separate entrance and hallway with a large wardrobe, mirror, storage shelf and piano, you enter the cozy apartment. It has a very nice bedroom with a double bed, a daylight bathroom with a large shower and a cozy kitchen-living room. In good weather you can enjoy your food or just a good glass of wine outside directly on the vineyards.
