My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment equipped with all the comforts at the garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for little children. Children 8 to 12 years stay for free. contact us before you book. Peace and quiet! Private parking and entrance. Terrace and garden (2000m2). Dog's are welcome. 🌿 Wellness-Oase am Rande eines Industriegebiets. Das Apartment ist ein Rückzugsort für Paare. Genießt entspannte Stunden in der eigenen Dampf-Sauna oder entspannt im Ganzjährigen Jacuzzi mit Panorama Blick auf wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Schiebefenster lassen sich alle zum Sonnen komplett öffnen. Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! It is also suitable for a family with children and has a disable access lift. There is only one bedroom! The 3rd person sleeps in the living room. The flat is 60m2 Registrier Nr. 01/Z/RA/017608-24

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas erhöht über dem Ort Zell im Wiesental, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist eine landschaftlich reizvolle Gegend mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
