Small independent villa with magnificent views of the vineyard, lake and Alps. Very quiet and sunny location, close to our home, a few minutes from the bus and a bakery-grocery store. On the ground floor: kitchen, shower room, living room with sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. On the 1st floor: large bedroom with double bed, shower-toilet. Private terrace. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite.
