The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cosy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys a beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cosy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is as sporty as it is relaxing, just a stone's throw from amenities. Although located next to our house, the cottage is completely independent and private.

Morzine Mountain Paradise, with wonderful hotub

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, (there is an extra supplement for the hot tub during inter seasons and summer), sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.

It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.
