®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft style, it's a place where you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with a panoramic view of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a city break, you'll find everything your heart desires here. The living room has 2+2 beds (incl. comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to your visit!

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

At an altitude of approx. 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, you will find our vacation cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility.
