The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a siel. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

You live in a typical, lovingly restored country house, manufactured in 1862. The apartment is located in the outbuilding of the main house, with its own access through the courtyard. The apartment is small, very cozy, bright and individual, with a terrace facing south-east. Nature lovers will be delighted, because from there you have a wonderful view of the farm garden. Arrive, feel good and relax is the motto ! I look forward to your visit to the " Old Dike".

The kitchen is well equipped and has two induction plates, a small mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a smoothie maker

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Zu den renovierten Apartments führt eine neue Eichentreppe mit hohem Eingangsbereich. Das Apartment No.2 ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie mit vier Personen geeignet. Durch unseren Schlüsseltresor ist sehr spätes Anreisen ebenfalls möglich. Bettwäsche und pro Person 2 Handtücher, sowie eine großzügige Ausstattung sind vorhanden.
